Met a guy through Instagram, we texted and eventually led to a phone call. We hit it off and spoke for nearly two hours. He asked me if I would like to go to a restaurant after two weeks when both our schedules were free, which I agreed to. However, since then he has not contacted me and it has been two weeks. He initiated the text message first but I initiated the phone call first. So should I pop up and ask how he is casually. On the phone he mentioned he hates texting. I know a girl is not supposed to chase a guy but he seems like a decent guy who shares the same goals as me. I would want to pop up but I feel as though I called him first and that he should take more of an active role. So do I pop up? Or keep doing what I’m doing and wait for him to pop up?
