Absolutely personality every time. I do have to be attracted to the person but a good personality that matches well with my own is a must. Like what if the guy or girl is a knockout as far as looks go but as interesting as a table lamp? That isn't something I am going to go after. I am a sociable and outgoing person and tend to gravitate towards the same personality traits that I have. I have found that works best as far as relationships go for me. Again this isn't to say that I will date someone that I am not attracted to. That is certainly part of it.
