My boyfriend constantly likes and follows explicit content of females on Twitter, do I have a reason to feel insecure and disrespected?

So me and my boyfriend have been together for two years and i recently went through his Twitter likes to find A LONG LIST of videos and images of women playing with themselves or just nude images.

I brought it up to him and told him how it made me feel so insecure because shouldn’t you love me and my body enough to stop double tapping. He tells me it’s just a app where you double tap and that I was just something he did before we were together but (we’ve been together for two years and u still do it) he says that other guys do it and it’s no big deal but again he doesn’t see how much it hurts me.
he then apologizes saying he’ll disable the account and stop and he does for a few days but I’ve been paranoid like something is up. I checked and the account is back except it’s PRIVATE. What do I do now because now it’s like you don’t give a fuck about how I feel you’re still gonna do it just in secret
