Girls I really need your help on this because I don't know what to do. Can you help please?

There is this girl who is 3-4 years younger then me, on who I have a major major crush on for all my life already. From childhood on we have been going to the same school, and she has always lived 1 street behind me. But back in the days 4 years was to much of a gap to be able to do anything with my feelings for her.

After lower school I kinda lost contact with her a little bit but we still saw eachother every now and then. After highschool she decided to go work in a different country just to enjoy life and have some fun while earning money at the same time and she stayed there for a couple of years..

Then she came back and all of sudden I saw her again in my country but I felt scared and insecure to talk to her again. Once I got home and was really frustrated with myself and I decided to ask her out on a date to eat or drink something together. I never expected her to say yes but she did actually wanne hang out with me.

Again I was scared and insecure and in the end it never came to a date. 🤦🏻‍♂️

But 2 weeks ago I had a accident and I ended up in hospital and I needed to get surgery right away. After surgery I was send to s different area to get it wrapped in securely and all of a sudden she is sitting there in a room with 2 of her college's with her. We immediately had this intense eye contact and we greeted eachother. It was very busy in hospital so this time it wasn't appropriate to start a conversation with her.

Again she sparked my feelings for he, ngiving me butterflies. When I got home I decided to ask her out again but I didn't know if she was single or not so I told her that I would understand if she declined if she wasn't single yet.

She send me a very sweet message back telling me she wasn't single yet and therefore probably better to not do it. But I could notice she was interested in it. I don't wanne ruin anyone's relationship. This Monday I will see her again and I really don't know what I should do or say?
