If your partner follows people on social media that you don't like, then that's something you should bring up with them. Even if they think you're being insecure or overly scrutinizing, they should still respect that it's something that makes you uncomfortable. Though you should also keep in mind that your partner, especially if they're male, probably jerks off to porn in their free time. I don't personally view it as cheating, given that you have your own personal needs, and it's unrealistic to expect your partner to have sex with you whenever you feel like it. Because they have a scarcity mindset, so they are stuck with each other, but secretly resent each other so they are okay with openly displaying their attraction towards other people. Actual healthy monogamous relationships don't have this childish behavior.
