Boyfriend keeps changing his phone background when not around me?

For the past month when I am with my boyfriend his background is us. When I leave and I see him 2 days later it’s changed. I confronted him on this multiple times & he has zero reason or a bs excuse. He has a pattern for cheating and my gut is telling me he is cheating again & keeps changing his background when he’s around another girl.
