These things are just bonuses. I've dated millionaires, and no amount of money is worth being with a guy you're not really into. Some smart guys are jerks. Handsome guys tend to suck in bed and at a lot of things since they get away with murder and women are afraid to tell them they suck and do better.

The thing I would cross off the list first is the rich guy. A smart guy can help you get there on his own. The next would be handsome, because a man doesn't have to be the hottest, he just has to not be repulsive or at least be a little attractive. So, smart would take priority. He'd at least get you two things on the list.
