I did when I was younger, and had not really started my life yet and then going through two divorced were crushing to my self-esteem. Then my career picked up, I got therapy for an addiction and then we had two kids. Things get better. Find your focus and don’t let others pull you from your path or distract you or put you down.

At work, I'm more than good enough. And I know it :D

But in social contacts... it's more like waves... there are times I feel confident. And times, like currently, when I'm unsure if I'm good enough and afraid of being judged.

The world is in shambles. You could be a one legged retarded with an eye path sleeping on the sidewalk next to someone else' turd and you'd be good enough for this world. You'd still exceed in quality when compared to the self proclaimed elites of the world that parade around on TV and magazines. The standards are real low these days.

Yes. a lot. Jyst physically. Im a nice person and if I get to know someone they always like me but its initally getting in with them. Im not horrible physically. Just not quite good enough to be deemed decently attractive. Thats why if I get talking to someone they do tend to like me. But getting to the point where thwy pay attention to me is hard

That depends. Sometimes i feel like i am the most confident person in the room while other times i feel like i am invisible to other in social interactions. Confidence comes and goes for me. I try staying true to myself and other wether i am confident or not. Everyone is good enough, they just never know!!!

My whole life, nearly every day! When I was in school I used watch in aw as other students just flew by me. Now I'm always scared that I'm not doing a good enough job at work. Or that when I'm talking with someone that I might not be doing a good enough at the conversation. I'm scared of what others think of me because I have lost so many for no apparent reason. I'm scared of driving because I'm not good enough to keep from making a mistake. Always scared of making mistakes.
