I surely don't recommend just going back to the point like nothing ever happened but there can be many reasons, as simple as moving to fast, I'd say remain it the same but slow down in certain aspects, I'm sure you picked up when she pulled back right? That can give a hint on why

She's at least vaguely responding now, through text and in person, cause before it was NO response at all,.. but its just basic convo... but the minute I ask what the issue was,... she gets annoyed and go silent again,.. maybe I shouldn't bring up the situation, and just go wit the flow?

Communicate with her first; tell her it seems she is pulling away from you. If she isn't responsive then don't entertain it and do give her some space.

I did try to communicate, I asked is she good, she keep sayin she is,... told her she ain't been responding too much,... she said omg you buggin me... that's why I'm like I should just give her some space
