Nope. Moving on can be easy because all u need is to get urself away from them despite ur feelings might still be there, but getting over means u totally rid that feelings away and nothing bother u anymore, even if they confess to you, u are able to reject

Moving on means you are able to feel happy without them and getting over them means that if they approached you at a later date you would say no.
