Boy problem (commitment) ?

Should I believe him when he says he currently doesn’t have time to fully commit to a serious relationship? He’s not a fuckboy and doesn’t have many options. He also reassured me that he’s not meeting other women. In the very beginning he said he didn’t have enough feelings but now he’s changed his version after 3 months exclusively hooking up together and hanging out and having fun. He’s just really busy, doesn’t even have time for the gym, is quite insecure and we live 1 hour far away. He always replies fast to my texts though and engages, but recently he doesn’t initiate. He also gets jealous and inquisitive when one of us is away on vacation. Also, I’m his first casual relationship. Opinions?

Oh ok, well he hasn’t told me what exactly but we talk daily and he’s always talking about how tedious his work is and how long he has to work. He doesn’t go to the gym anymore and so on…

He has a fulltime job and has to travel for it every 2 weeks. Honestly, I think it also has to do with the fact that we live 1 hour away from each other:) We meet one a week to hangout and hookup.
