Why do people say you need to be more confident in yourself when it comes to dating when confidence comes from women showing interest?

Sure you can feel good about your overall appearance but if your still invisible to women that confidence is gonna start to diminish

True confidence is knowing who you are and being comfortable in your own skin. Being proud of who you are no matter what. It's not manufactured, it's organic and real. It's not insecure. That's real confidence. It doesn't come from a woman, it comes from accepting who you are inside and flaunting that petson 100 percent.

my boyfriend was confident before i met him, when i met him and if i had not been interested (which i wasn't for a very long time) he would still be confident now

Because without it even if women found u visible you would turn them off without it yes confidence alone won't get u a partner but its near required also

i’ve always found confidence to be a bit manufactured. i think better advice is to be who you want to be. then you can be authentic.

if your confidence/happiness is directly linked to how others perceive/interact with you, you are the problem.
