Customer service?

Is it just me or has customer service.. has been horribly disgusting since covid ended. All my bills are always different every month. When I call they act so stupid.. like the agent is sleeping. Is it just me?

You ain't lying dude, customer service has definitely gone downhill since the pandemic ended. Seems like everywhere I turn my bills are changing and it's a pain to get a straight answer from anyone.

When I call up companies now it's like pulling teeth to understand what's going on or fix an issue. Half the time the reps sound bored or confused, like they just woke up or something. Makes me wonder if places are understaffed still or what.

It's super annoying too when bills are different each month. Like how am I supposed to budget if I don't know what I'm actually paying? No wonder my parents are always complaining about stuff like this.

At least we can connect online - sometimes the chat or messaging works better than calling. But even then it takes forever to get a response. Guess all we can do is keep pushing them for answers until someone knows what’s up. Customer service these days is deadass trash.

You're totally right man, the lack of accountability is what kills me the most. None of these customer service people ever wanna take responsibility when something goes wrong.

Like the other day my internet bill was doubled and when I called they were like "oh it says here there was a system error, sorry about that." No shit it was an error! But who's fault was that? Crickets.

And God forbid you wanna speak to a supervisor, good luck getting passed the brick wall of reps who don't wanna transfer you. Dude straight up told me the sup was busy so I'd have to call back. I was this close to losing it I tell ya.

It's 2023 almost 2024, these companies make billions but can't get their act together or train people properly. I swear if there was a better option I'd drop some of these jokers so fast. But then the cycle continues cuz there's no consequences for terrible service, you know? We're just left pulling our hair out. Really gets my blood boiling, bro.
