I’m not this guy’s type but he shows interest in me. I love him and did express my interest first. I’m just scared he’s going to leave eventually and it makes me really insecure. Am I being too skeptical? He follows videos talking about latinas on social media and his exes are all latina, dark hair, voluptuous and curvy, Spanish speaking. I’m taller, blonde, and skinny af. He is white, by the way. Why is he with me? He tells me the things he loves about me but I don't know if I can believe it. Am I just too insecure?

People’s preferences can change. If he’s with you right now then it means that you’re what he wants right now. My boyfriend also had a preference and usually went for a similar type of girl, I’m kinda the opposite but he said he’s never felt as much attraction to his partner as he did with his exes until he met me so… I do find it hard to believe but people do change.

Those aren't easy things to deal with. I hope the most likely scenario is the one you're facing in objective reality: you're just that good. He's into you, regardless of his past. Preferences, attraction, sexuality, and desires can change and evolve. It probably doesn't happen for everyone, but it can.
