How do you prefer to be asked out?

I chose the 3rd option because it's the one with the most windows open for the question. If a girl asked to take me out in any case, especially in public or we've just met for the first time and of course-- she was attractive-- I'd actually appreciate and like that a lot. It would get me right in the heart because

1. Women don't usually approach men.

2. It's in public.

3. There's a chance of her getting rejected, but she's taken the chance, anyway.

4. My facial expression is usually serious, so for her to do this despite that-- ja... That would be nice.

As an introvert, if a woman was bold enough to ask me out (likely never gonna happen as the girls in my city expect the guy to make the move even if they're the ones who like him which is wack), I'd prefer if we did it somewhere private and alone, and not have everyone know about my personal life, please and thanks.

There are only few ways to screw up asking somebody out and if you manage to do that, then shame on you.

What I'm saying is in order to be asking somebody out the wrong way you'd really have to be an idiot.

The only wrong time to ask somebody out (in my opinion) is not asking out at all. Too late.

How do I prefer it? Down to business. Direct. A clear message. "I was kinda wondering if..." works too if you're shy or scared. "Are you single?" works too if you want to steer in that direction.

"hints and signals" are odorless air. Cryptic dialogs are cryptic, so save it for the pick up "artists".

One thing I learned early on is that you never ask a woman to go out with you, or for her number in the presence of others. That's a surefire recipe for failure. That's why if I'm interested in a woman, and we're in a crowded area, I'll often give her my number.

Going on a "date" is boring, and pressuring me into it is a quick way to be scratched off the wife options list.

Being friends is a much more effective way to get to know someone than dating is.

Koreans have a really nice tradition. They bought expensive jewelry to ask you out. (Not marriage) just to ask you formally to be their girlfriend. I love that.
