Also, oral sex is still sex, so it doesn't matter if he didn't do anything else with her. If he could get it up on cocaine, he probably would've done it, so I'm not sure why he's excusing what he's done. He might think only sexual intercourse is cheating, but I think anything sexual with another person other than your partner is. I would hope he realizes that you're not only going to feel betrayed but also not trust him like you used to.
