My friends with benefits used to have a crush on me at work but I didn't notice him at all.

He asked me out a year later through an app and we went out on a date but decided to stay as fwbs instead. Meanwhile, i went on dates with other guys and he knows bout it.

Recently, he told me last minute that he left the country for 6 months of work trip (8 hours time difference).

I asked him why he left without telling me earlier and he just avoid answering it.

My friends with benefits then told me that he misses me and thinks bout me, telling me that i deserve better guys out there.

Does he still like me?
