Confused about relationships / situationship?

We broke up July 2023 to “work on ourselve” during that time we still had communication. Starting August 2023 we starting hanging out again little but little. Since that time we been hanging out almost every day and sleeping over again. He haven’t asked me out again but acting like we are ina relationship.. We spend Thanksgiving & Christmas together with his family and mine. What’s your advice? Should I ask him if he going to ask me out or what am I supposed to do

The "sleeping over..." is kind of confusing in your descriptive.

Does it mean that you fornicated again or that you simply slept, each in his/her own bed without any copulating?

In the first case, I see it that he is fully satisfied to have you simply as an object to satisfy his need to get rid of his testosterone and in that case, he is not interested for the time being to pursue anything that would involve anything else.

If, on the other hand, you did not have intercourse but simply stayed each one in his/her corner, then you should perhaps ask him what the situation is and how he sees the future. Don't wait too long because if he gives you a vague reply, you should realize that he is not ready to commit and then, you should let him go and concentrate on your life without him. Good luck.
