Struggling to find a boyfriend?

I'd need a bit more information to go on than "I tried everything, including apps".

But knowing nothing, I would just say to find a boyfriend, stop looking and start focusing on improving yourself. If you put yourself out in the world and are amazing people will flow to you all the time. This happens a lot for me and also my sister who I'm visiting right now. She has her own business and it puts her in contact with a lot of people. She is also on apps and actively dates guys from the apps but from the stories she's told me they are pretty much trash. The best prospects for me come from community that I've built or am part of in some way; those are the people I am more likely to have good chemistry with.

Another factor is knowing what you want, have you even got any idea?

The apps are useless and unfortunately, the types of guys that would (usually) be good for a girl don't hang around the typical places where you might meet someone.

Just for an example, I live in a rural area and I really don't care for bars and clubs. Ever since graduating, I pretty much just hang out with a few friends at one of our houses working on cars and other things, work, or we very occasionally go play pool. It's really a numbers game, and if you don't put yourself in a position to meet a lot of people, of course your chances of finding someone would be less.
