Nope. I virtually never do. I attribute it to being a big reason I'm single.

But yes, men know at best we're attractive to about 10% of women while women are about attractive to 40 to 60% of guys. Therefore it behooves a man entertain more than one woman at the same time. Because men know it's a numbers game for us. We know we have to talk to 10 to draw the interest of 1. And hopefully she turns out to be the right one. Women (good women anyhow), choose a man and pit everything into that man. We is why women are generally much more selective.

You're asking a guy specific question. As I said guys have to talk to multiple women. Some guys want multiple women. Good men want 1 woman. I've only had one instance in my life where I was interested in 2 women at the same time. But neither one was really committing to me. I would have chose if one of the two of them had chose.
