How do you get a roster?

I’m a 5’8” fit Brazilian with long black hair and great body. I always hear about women talking about their rosters of men. I don’t even mean it on an egotistic level but I am more conventionally attractive than them and I don’t have a roster. Note do I have men flocking to me like they always talk about. I post on social media i only get interactions from women occasionally ugly or hood men no decent guys. You can say it’s my personality but no one can tell that from just looking at me or my social media. What am I doing wrong?

Like I said in my post no one could tell that by just looking at me or my social media I shouldn’t have a shortage of men approaching. And mind you the men I do attract never leave once they’ve spoken to me so I doubt it as much as people on gay may not like my honesty
