Ladies, what is the difference between a Male Friend and a Boyfriend?

When one of your Male Friends officially becomes your Boyfriend and you start dating, how do you expect their behavior to change? What actions do you expect your Boyfriend to do without prompting that you don't expect from your regular Male Friends?

Besides obvious physical things like holding hands, kissing, cuddling, sex, he would also take me on dates, would make me a priority compared to other things in his life like family, friends, work. He would also be more emotionally open with me and shared himself fully with me in terms of his feelings and worries. We would also consult things together and he would ask for my opinion... Basically more open and vulnerable than just a friend.
