+1 yPlease do make the first move! Show us you are interested! Men are putting so much effort these days trying to make a woman interested and it would be nice to see it from the other side.

Most of all millenial men are womanizers. And why are you answering her question is it because she's young in her 20s? I betif she was 30 you wouldn't even noticed her.

I prefer a girl to make the first move to be honest mainly because girls’ pretty much know what she wants , when a girl makes it clear she wants me , and I am attracted to her. , it’s easier for me to just let loose with her and be who I am , that’s pretty much what attracted her to me on the first place , instead of me asking a girl out and thinking I have to constantly impress her to keep her by my side , I have been in both scenarios , the girls’ that asked me out and wanted me , were way better relationships then the other way around , based off of my experiences plus it’s sexy as hell when I know a girl wants me she pretty much becomes submissive to me in a very sexy way

+1 yUnsubmissive actions like making the first move are a direct challenge to my dominance. In a world where Master should be the pursuing slaves, a slave who makes the first move disregards the hierarchy, and such insolence cannot go unpunished.
The guilty party must face the consequences of their actions. A thorough flogging will be in order, ensuring the pain inflicted is commensurate with the offense. This savage punishment will serve as a stark reminder of the importance of knowing your place.
The slave will be also be subjected to a period of enforced submissiveness, where it must submit to my will on its hands and knees, serving as my footstool and official TV channel changer.
To be clear, unsubmissive behavior will not be tolerated, and those who dare to challenge the status quo will face the consequences.
00 ReplyNot a guy obviously, but from what I've heard from male friends and my boyfriend they don't mind and actually can kind of like it because it shows we have confidence. As long as we're not too aggressive about it.
If you mean "make the first move" as in showing interest or texting them first or giving them your number or something, that's fine. But I think with certain other things guys prefer to take the initiative.

You are smart to listen to your boyfriend and his friends about dating. Too many girls get advice from other girls which is why myths like: you should ignore guys and make them chase you, they love it! Don't call or text first because you will appear desperate (WRONG)
Anonymous(25-29)+1 yI mostly believe the girl is joking when she makes the first move. I never had a girl make the first move and be serious about actually wanting me. Only to make a fool of me, use me for entertainment for her friends, play with my feelings or because they were forced to make the first move when they lost a bet.
If the girl is serious about it. I would apreciate her making efforts and try to make the first move. Most girls know better than guys what they want and if will be serious. Most guys mostly think with their penis instead of their mind. Most guys get the advice to chase the girl to get her. Which I believe is the most dumb advice you can give someone. When I have to "chase" a girl to "win" her over, you already lost my interest.10 ReplyI have no problems with it, It would actually be relieving and very flattering in my mind. Guys almost never get asked out. Once upon a time guys were against it but I think nowadays we're over that even those like me who are more traditional

+1 yMaybe its because Im not attractive but me talking to guys platonically or even flirting never worked out. I flirted back in highschool because I ised to be confident and that didn't work. Nowadays i just try to talk to guys for any reason like howd Id talk to a woman, and Im ignored. If you're cute, you shouldn't have a problem

+1 yDon't because the difference between men and women is guys will actually be nice to you when it comes to rejection. Guys have the same worry about coming off as creepy difference is women will go out their way to be complete cunts rather than just politely rejecting a guy. Before anyone starts whining I am aware of the guys that refuse to accept a no. I am talking about the majority so consider your whining acknowledged and promptly ignored because exceptions don't make the rule.
00 Reply321 opinions shared on Dating topic. If the girl is kinda familiar then it's just fine.. he's either into you or let you down easy.. if they haven't clicked at all then he might take her for granted, or if he doesn't think she's attractive enough , he'll just turn her down from the get go..

10 Reply683 opinions shared on Dating topic. Uh no they won't get creeped out. They may be star strucked but they will be flattered because this never EVER happens to them. I say go for it!
10 ReplyWell this is pretty much my girlfriend and I try to escape by any means necessary and she drags me back at my apartment kicking and screaming lul
10 Reply927 opinions shared on Dating topic. The first move could be as simple as a smile and a quick glance at him so he see's your smile. Wait a bit, and smile and glance at him again. That will let him know that it's ok with you if he approached you. Guy's love a smile girl 🙂😎
21 Reply798 opinions shared on Dating topic. If we talk about girl actually making a move then that's really novel.
If we talk about more "signaling" then that's left to interpetation and there is the question of whether she is a cockteaser?
Some women don't know how far some other women may go to give a false impression.
Like say pressing their breasts against a guy, which to be fair isn't making a move.

+1 yYou're desperate, insecure, and not pretty enough to get a man on your own. If a man wanted you he would approach you. Men have no problem going after what he wants. Since you have to approach him it's obvious he's not interested in you. Get some self respect

00 ReplyHonestly... I prefer if the girl makes the first move because then it reassures me that she's actually interested and I'm not trying to move in on a lost cause!!
10 Reply896 opinions shared on Dating topic. "Oh thank GOD!!!"
Many guys just don't believe the girl is interested in them. The girl asking makes it reasonably clear she might be open to a date...00 Reply935 opinions shared on Dating topic. Tbh depends on how hot the girl is to me. It was always awkward then they weren't & I had to reject them.
00 Reply3.2K opinions shared on Dating topic. A girl asking me out?
Someone pinch me! This must be a dream. This is not real. You can't fool me, that it's reality. Wake me up! I must be having sleep paralysis in my bed today.

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yFlattered.
Girls will never understand that a girl who can clearly go for what she wants is inherently sexier than the one who never could.
00 Reply3.7K opinions shared on Dating topic. That is the last thing 99% of guys would think. Where do you girls get these whack ideas?
00 ReplyDon't worry, as a girl you very unlikely to be blamed that you harassing someone. :)

Anonymous(30-35)+1 yIt's great, but don't be surprised if the guy you are interested in isn't interested in you. Rejection is what all guys have to get used to. You need to expect it and get used to it too.
