What do guys think about girls who make the first move?

What is your take on a girl making the first move?
I have always been too shy to make the first move on a guy, even though I so badly want to and I always regret not doing anything later but I have grown up with the mentality that women SHOULDN'T make the first move as it gives a bad image of themselves... now. I don't believe that to be true at all but I struggle to actually gain the confidence to do something.

(My friend and I always end up kissing each other in the neck when we visit, and we cuddle a LOT, but we have never actually kissed. and whenever we get really close to each others face, we immediately start blushing and nothing happens. I don't know if it could be a fear that if we take that next step that it means we have to acknowledge feelings?)

Also, if you guys agree that women SHOULD make the first move, what moves do you guys find sexy?

I feel lots of anxiety about approaching. So I'd think the girl was super brave because it has to be just as hard if not harder for them since society doesn't really push them to approach yet they did it anyways.

You don't necessarily have to make the first move but set it up where you're giving him the green light to kiss you. Just get super close to each other (to the point of noses almost touching. And breathe heavily and hold eye contact with him. That's the biggest sign of "kiss me" there is. Of course if you have the guts to do that you'd probably have the guts to just skip that and go in for the kill yourself. Next time you make eye contact and blush though do everything in your power to not break eye contact and your faces as close as you can muster yourself to do. Maybe he'll take the lead from there.

I like it since I am very shy she should just ask me on a date next weekend and she can pick me up drive me around and pay for me lol just kidding on that part
