Why do hesitate when I see a girl I want to talk to?

I occasionally see a girl I really really want. But I always hesitate cuz I dont know what is the Normal thing to say. I always say stupid shit and get rejected. What if I just think she's super beautiful and nice? Can I say that to her?

Saying stupid shit, acting nervous and hesitating, it’s all you trying to appeal to a woman and messing up because it’s inauthentic, unnatural, and therefore uncomfortable. Approach and talk to a woman as if you already know her and are friends. Think about the ease you’d feel if you weren't forming all those crippling fears and anxiety around a basic conversation. Your mindset is hard to unlearn because it’s so deeply ingrained in your identity and fueled by the memory of past rejections or disappointments. Not only that but this is the person you’ve spent your whole life becoming. You have to do the work so you can reset.
