You’ve been talking about this for a long, long time. There’s been countless advice, myself included. I’m not mentioning this to make you feel bad, it’s just that I don’t think any advice will work because ultimately you have to find it within yourself to make that move. Clearly she will always be surrounded by friends since that’s never not the case when you post this, so you just have to go up and make a move. If you can’t get past the fear of rejection or judgment then I think it’s wise to move on at this point.
