You probably met the immature women. If you are respectful in your approach at least you will not get a harsh rejection. Don't take it personally.

I am against dating if the intention isn't to get married " if we aren't sharing the same values then we move on, as we haven't sexually relationship in our dating then moving on became easy and end it with respectful manners "

It’s a self esteem and ego thing. Try not taking it personally or relating the rejection to a “flaw” you already know you struggle with. Work on yourself, build up your confidence, that way you aren’t automatically equating the rejection to something “wrong” with you, whether it’s looks, personality or both.
