How can I stop taking it personal when people reject me?

That's a truly hard task. Because it means the other person doesn't see you as attractive, which makes you feel flawed. But there are always going to be people in the world that find you attractive and those that don't. To gain some confidence, workout, read and become more intelligent, or socialize with others to improve how you socialize. You'll feel better about yourself and the rejection will likely not phase you as much as you'll realize that their attraction is out of control and there's nothing wrong with yourself.

I've been on both sides, rejecting and getting rejected. I'd way rather get turned down a bunch of times than have to turn someone else down. I hate rejecting people because it sucks making someone feel bad and sad.

It is personal. And you learn to just accept it. It’s part of life to be rejected. It happens and you move on. If you take it too personal then you’re setting yourself up to feel really badly.

You just do it... What other choice to you have? Don't sit around whining and licking your wounds. It's unattractive and impacts your ability to meet new people.
