I just got in my first real relationship, and my girlfriend and I have been texting each other every day pretty much since we met. This past week though, she hasn’t been super responsive, so I haven’t reached out in two days. Should I wait for her to text me, or just check in? She’s pretty busy this week, so I won’t see her in person until next weekend.

my man and i text everyday but it’s because the conversation never dies, our response time fluctuates though, for example, there are days we text each other consistently and days when we might only text 2/3 times because we’re busy with life. (it’s important to note we’re long distance)

my advice to you would be to just send her a quick text checking in on her and seeing how she’s doing, even if she’s busy she’ll probably appreciate the fact that you thought of her and cared enough to check in!
