Why it made me sad when a guy I rejected found a girl?

We were dating for a while. We kissed few times and went out. But then i rejected him. I know he was really sad and took him long time to get over me. I dont want him anymore but it just made me sad that he moved on and found someone else. I mean iam happy for him and wish him to work this out bit I just dont know why that made me sad that he doesn't want me anymorw

I don’t know. But he found someone else and you wouldn’t want him after you anyways. I’m glad you’re happy for him. Maybe it’s jealousy or maybe you wonder what it could have been like.



But nonetheless. I’m sure you’ll probably find someone. As long as you weren’t mean about it. Rejecting him not only did you do good for yourslef. You did good for him. Not stringing him along leading him to believe he has a chance with you and he found someone hee happy with.

I mean I feel bad when I had to reject two people but sometimes it happens I've never had the situation of where I then feel sad if they get with somebody. You could be lonely not in like a mean way just straight up loneliness sucks maybe not though I could be wrong. I want to say have a good cry until you feel better that's what my sister does when she feels sad.
