I thought if things don't work out with the guy I talk to now, I will date a guy who resembles the cute guy I saw during my vacation. Once I reach my goals, finding a guy like that should be effortless.

Nope. Fate pretty much grabbed the wheel a couple of years ago and cut hard to one side. I don't think I get a whole lot of say in things anymore. I've never needed a back up plan. Nothing could ever stop me before.
