My husband received a message from a Chinese girl asking how his day is going? Do you think he is cheating? The number is from same location we live?

You're kidding, right? It means his phone number and maybe other info got hacked and was sold. It's a "friendship scam". In the past 6 months, I've received at least a dozen messages, anything from "how is your day going", "hi steve, (not my name) remember me", " hello, is this ______, Stacy's boyfriend", etc.,

I always say "send a pic so I can be sure it's you", and the pic is ALWAYS the same Chinese or Korean girl. LOL The phone numbers are all Google chat or text me numbers from all over the place. Sometimes it's the same area as mine, but not always.

They ask for friendship, which will no doubt lead to getting other info and asking for money. It's a scam, lady. He's not cheating on you.
