I am finding out just now through my question that woman apply double standards to men and that is truly sad yes. I don’t apply double standards to men, I did not apply double standards to my recent ex. But he did to me & I am just trying to figure out what’s the reason behind it.

It's ok. Yes, women are arguably more guilty of doubles standards than men, but both sexes do it. It's not a man thing or a woman thing. Kudos to you for not being one of those people.
