Guys, Whats the deal with commitment?

Guys can you give me insight on what make a guy scared or hesitant to commit. Why do guys show interest, have a good time together but not move forward. I know everyone is different. I give him plenty of space, we don't argue I feel like we have good vibes but don't know why it hasn't turned into more. I don't want to be the one to ask to take to the next level or do men like when women are that forward.

I would say at lot of guys are not interested in anything long term to begin with. Part of the issue is that many guys don't know how to date what they could get and how to proceed, guys learn dating mostly from their own experience.
The problem is that in a world of so many opportunities and lack of knowledge on the guy's side dating gets extremely complicated. As a guy when I date a woman I wouldn't know a person I trust enough to talk about her and whether or not I should pursue a relationship with her. The problem is that many guys don't know what to look for or better how to keep a relationship going so they break up before things can get off. When I started no one told me a woman expects me to take initiative.

Issues with commitment are caused by bad experiences and even less knowledge of how to deal with those experiences. Me? I have no problems with commitment, once I know I've found the right one!

2 reasons and you need to figure out which it is.

1. You simply chose a man INCAPABLE of commitment. Has he been married before? Just going by your age. I'm assuming he's close to the same

2. There's an unanswered question that is keeping him from committing. This is a common mistake amongst YOUNG women. They wrongly think men have NOTHING to lose by choosing the wrong g woman. The REALITY is men have JUST AS MUCH to lose as a woman. And generally speaking since people build throughout life a man has MORE to lose the older he gets. You can rebound from choosing the wrong woman when you're young. It much harder to rebound the older you get.

I just have to see you as worth committing to because commitment is an investment and I need to make sure that the thing/person I am investing in is worth it.

Don't know. I had the opposite problem when I was younger. I committed too fast and ended up scaring away the woman of my dreams.

Guys are like that cause we either been hurt and don't want to be hurt again or girls just confused the hell out of him sending mixed signals
