Maybe you could try finding an asexual man? They're less likely to just want sex, and if they know they're asexual they have to be at least somewhat self-reflective and so more likely able to have an honest conversation.

It's not a common/ly known sexuality though so you may have just as much luck as finding a straight guy who's decent.
