It doesn't make you gay, you didn't know and (assuming she's a trans woman, so someone born with a male body who transitioned to be a woman) she's not a man.

I would not press charges, personally. Sometimes trans people don't mention their transition if it's completed, because it opens them up to possibly violent situations. It's a really tough decision to figure out what to put first: their safety or the other person's perception of them. They don't know who's gonna turn violent or not. Even though it can be shitty and confusing to find out about this later on, I can sympathize with their thought process. I think the reason she's coming clean to you now might be that she feels sorry for not being upfront about it.

If he's a trans man (born with a female body, transitioning towards a man, though in this case likely pre-transition), simply having sex with him before knowing about it doesn't turn you gay either. Bottom line is that you were attracted to someone you saw as a woman, which makes you straight.
