I like him but he vapes?

So there’s this really great guy that I met at an event last year, we instantly clicked the moment we started talking , then finally this year we met again and he expressed how he has a romantic interest in me and wants me. It’s only then I noticed that he vapes when we met again in person…he is very very handsome, caring , kind etc but he just vapes a lot to the point it’s starting to concern me, I don’t vape or do those things like clubbing, but he does and it worries me, I don’t know how to communicate that I do not like him vaping around me, at the least if he can’t quit…I really don’t like the smell of the vape and it just concerns me how excessively he vapes. Please assist on how I can tell him that!

honestly i think this is enough of a reason to skip him. i don't think vapint by itself is "that" bad. specially not if they long term plan to quit. but if they don't even plan on quitting, to me that's a proxy for a whole host of bad character traits.

Find another guy. You already want to change him and that's a bad sign. Vaping is foolish, unhealthy and I wouldn't go anywhere near it, but you telling him to quit won't do a thing.

You address it by talking to him. Something like "hey I don't like the smell of that could you do it less or never?"
