Should you tell your partner everything about you?

Like how I hate kissing but I do it because I know he likes it but I don't particularly like it. Should I tell him that I actually hate kissing or leave it be?

There's also other things I don't really like but I do it to please him. I'm not a very sexual person but I don't know if I should say this to him.

yes. i tell my partner often when i don't want kissing on the lips. your comfort levels should matter to him and if he reacts any other way than "ah okay then. thanks for telling me", it may be time to ditch
