Me and this girl met on a dating app and decided just to stay friends then she said “My fave thing to do is ice cream and going to a park, if you’re ever down.. lmk”. Does it count as a regular friend hanging out or a date?

if you want it to be dating, you need to sit down and talk to each other and reset your relationship from friends, to possibly dating, but also accept you can’t really go back to just friends.
