What advice do you have for someone who only knows love bombing?

I am a very shy guy. I have always been. When i meet women I do not flirt with them and I do not chase them.

When I end up dating, its because me and some girl liked eachother, shyly, and quietly. Then suddenly one day the ice is broken and suddenly we are kissing and having sex and spending tons of time together and falling in love.

It's the only way I know how to do things.

How do normal people do it?

The process is the same whether you are shy or opposite. For some it goes smoothly and quickly to kissing, having sex etc. for others it takes its time. There is no right and wrong path here, the bottom line is, you enjoy the company of the person your with and love them.

Many more socially active individuals go through a lot of girls and still can end up not finding the one due to demands and higher expectations.

I don't think it's love bombing tbh, I feel it's more of a slow burn where once things get in the right place everything takes fire so to speak.
