Proceed with Caution: To keep the good-hearted airhead friend or let her go?

So my friend is an airhead unfortunately. She repeats the same mistakes and ends up with the same results then complains about it.

What she does:
1. Gives any and every man that says hi to her , her phone number. Then says ," omg omg I found out he has a girlfriend. Then text them and says ," don't you ever contact me". rims. In reality all they said was hello to her and she's the one who offers her number to every man in our apartment complex.

2. She's been driving around with a bald tire on her passenger side for months. And she has missing rims. Yes , she has a death wish.

3. When she first meets people she starts doing favors for them then when these individuals expect it from her all the time and she gets used she becomes upset. I tell her she needs to first build a relationship with people instead of two days after meeting them doing favors.

4. She let her dog off the leash to run to my car. The dogs nails left scratches on my drivers side door. I told her ,"look at my car door!" Like literally people with common sense know this shit. This occurred with my other car. she's 36 years old

I asked her the other day, " do you see a pattern here?" She stated no. She is completely oblivious to her stupidity. How should I proceed. She acts like a f**cking conehead
