My attorney was blushing and trying not to laugh and at one point used the complaint papers to hide his face uttering out “sorry” but kept going red, when telling me the complaint says “the accused was clearly intoxicated approaching police vehicle blowing kisses and making gestures” PS this was almost two years ago
he asked what happened I told him the real story I flashed them and he was like staring at me in compete silence; went red and got annoyed then asked again “you can clearly see the effect you’re having on me can we be mature about this” so I said it again
“that’s not gonna work” i questioned him and he asked for the truth i repeated i walked up to the van and lifted my dress up, he said that’s not what happened shall we see what your witness says I said she’ll say the same thing then said “are you sure your not saying these things to get me to try harder on your case” and i said no and was so offended

Not exactly "unprofessional". Based on your profile picture you're an attractive girl. If he's straight then a description of your behaviour would give him a mental image that would be difficult for any red-blooded guy to set aside.
If he's not asking you for a reenactment then he's probably just embarrassed. I'm assuming he's a younger guy. Most younger guys would struggle in his situation.
Not unprofessional, but it sounds like he found you attractive and like he's aware that you're putting him in a position to be unprofessional.
You’re cute. I don’t blame him for blushing. But yes, what he said was unprofessional.
