It might've hurt you if you never socialized with girls even outside of homeschool. You get better at socializing by socializing with many different people. You get better with women by getting to know women.

I used to take jujitsu but i moved away and it would take too mych time out of my day to go when i could do more productive stuff like work on my car. I like going to rod runs but the only girls my age there are with their boyfriend

If your parents have been paranoid about you meeting chicks that they don't approve of, they may have as well instilled isolating thoughtforms deep into you, you possibly unconsciously do things that ensure all chicks are pushed away.

I'm also homeschooled and met many nice people who are as well, that won't be the problem although you may be more mature than people your age. I have noticed this difference between homeschooled and schooled people. You'll be fine, you've just not met the right person yet!
