I’m asking this question because just recently I went on a movie date and offered to share my drink 🥤 with the guy. But he shook his head no and it sorta hurt my feelings. And we never went on another date after that.

It depends on what the meal is. As someone that loves to eat, if it's something that looks or smells good, I'll happily share if the date offers!
But if it's something I'm not really into or like, I probably will reject it. It's not a reflection of the person or my interest in them, what they're eating or drinking might not be something I like. I think it's silly you rejected a guy because he didn't want to share a drink with you :
Did you consider he might not have liked that flavor, or wasn't thirsty? Or some people are paranoid about sharing after other people because they might have germs.
Sharing is a good way to get to know each other. Having a bite of my date's food is nice. When I was dating, I often offered a taste of my food to me date; sometimes she accepted, sometimes she didn't.
I am a very picky eater so if she was eating some moosh food I would decline.
