Well considering 16 is legal to consent in some places like my province (unless you are their teacher, guardian, someone in authority), and guys tend to be more immature than girls. They are still kind of in the same age group where they would get along and like each other. Like I had friends that were 23 when I was 16, but I don't think it is a good idea for them to get involved with each other until she is older. Since 16 year olds are still kind of retarded and minors I don't know why he would be going after her besides that he probably thinks she is an easy mark, though I suppose he could actually like her, who knows?
