Why do guys say they like me but don’t want a relationship?

guys always make an excuse like that they don’t like relationships and that they don’t want to be in a relationship but dates others girls. What makes them not want to date me if they find me attractive and that I’m a cool person?

I guess the same reason girls do it to me. They all say I'm a really great guy and any girl would be lucky to have me but not them and, most other girls don't seem to WANT any of that luck! Most seem to want guys that abuse them and beat them up. Maybe cavemen knew something we, today, don't. Walk up to one, bop her on the head with your club, drag her by the hair back to your cave and she's yours for life!

Then I’d say go on more dates and plan on things like concerts or karaoke. Everyone likes sex but you can be adults and wait a few months to knock boots.

I would meet these guys back in high school. After I graduated, got so traumatized from high school to make it obvious that I like them
