I lost a lot of weight, I was an obese, lost 30 kg. I'm 23, have an average face, I'm nice, a bit shy to be honest. Since a lost so much weight I haven't got out with any guy because I'm embarrassed of my flaccid boobs. I'm afraid when we go to bed he is going to be grossed out. Maybe I can keep my bra on. First, congratulations on your weight loss. I lost weight and gained it back, but even at my "best" I never felt proud of my body. I always had some sort of hang up with it.

Anyway... I understand you are concerned about how you look, but if anyone you date makes fun of your boobs, you don't need them anyway. It would be rude.

Boobs have never really mattered to me. They're usually all good in my book. The right partner should be able to make you feel safe about them, too. It varies between men on how much it matters.

Not to mention, if someone likes you before they see you naked you'll look great to them regardless of what you perceive of yourself. Sometimes people have a way of loving the parts of us we'd rather not show the light of day. Even now I still flinch when I'm touched anywhere except my hands-- I hate my body too much.
