They don't tell you why it's rejected?

Most visas require sponsors. Without a sponsor it will get turned down.

For general visas like tourist visas, the most common reason for rejection is because you are high risk for not leaving when the visa expires. They want to see strong ties to your country among other things.

Someone your age is less likely to have the kind of ties they look for, such as owning a home, having a long term good paying job. Being a young single woman doesn't help.

What kind of visa are you applying for? If it's any kind of a business visa, you must have a company to sponsor you, satisfy quota limits for your country, as well as other things... for example, no criminal record.

A tourist visa is less restrictive and should be easier to get.

Your local US Embassy should tell you why your visa is rejected. Did you ask someone there?

Count your blessings, who on Earth would choose to live in the USA. On the topic issue, you could try and contact the admins and ask them to move it but a lot of time it gets moved to the appropriate topic automatically.
