They might be a bit... for years women did consider how good a provider a man was when choosing a mate. But now women have their own money and power so often women no longer NEED a man but WANT a man. Big change. Thus appearance has become more important I suppose. Just like how appearance of a woman has been very important to men.

Both men and women are everyone need to look perfect for them even if you're good looking if you aren't perfect they would consider you only average. Seem they think only fake people are attractive (those that have work done, lots of make up, trendy clothes, etc..).

In France a guy begin to get popular after getting tons of plastic surgery done with his father dying money...
