A lot of women from places like that move to Europe/US so they don't have to deal with this matter anymore. I wouldn't say the rest of the world is no longer "patriarchal" just not completely oblivious to the fact that all humans have rights.

Things like loyalty, commitment to marriage until death have decreased seriously in the west and despite calling themselves egalitarian , many western women gold diggers

Too many guys are lazy and won't put in the effort to learn how to talk to women. They're too lazy at their jobs and are easily replaceable so their careers never advance and they'll be stuck at dead end jobs with low wages. They aren't willing to go to the gym and get in shape. If a guy were to do all three of those things he'd NEVER have a problem finding a date.
